At Body Baked, we take pride in creating handcrafted, small-batch body care products made with love and intention. Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Issues & Damages
If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund or replacement for damaged items. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Heat & Melting Disclaimer
Our body butters are made with natural ingredients and may melt during transit, especially in warmer temperatures. Melting does not affect the quality or performance of the product and is not considered damage. Melted items are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
To restore the product, place it in a cool area or refrigerate briefly until solid.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Body Baked is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds.
