Shipping policy

Shea butter is susceptible too hot and/or warm temperatures so it is important to ensure that you are available to receive your product when it is delivered. If product melts as a result of exposure to extreme temperature, re solidify by refrigerating. Product softening does not change benefits to the skin.

We currently use UPS GROUND. All orders are processed and shipped out within 5-10 business days (Excluding weekends & holidays)

 

 

Please double check and make sure that you submit the correct information at checkout. If by any chance you mistakenly put in the wrong address within the 24 hours of ordering,  please reach out to us via email so that we can change the address. If your address isn't correct and your order gets shipped out please create a UPS My Choice account to track shipment and/or edit your address. If package gets lost due to an incorrect address provided, NO REFUND WILL BE MADE. WE are not responsible for your mistake.
